Job Requirements

  • Global digital marketing strategy – Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive company growth, including lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and customer engagement across multiple markets.
  • Digital channel management – Manage and optimise key digital channels such as the website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing to maximise performance and reach.
  • Integrated campaigns & product launches – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and support successful product launches.
  • Performance analysis & optimisation – Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-informed improvements to ROI and conversion rates.
  • Market trends & innovation – Identify emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and opportunities to maintain DSGPay’s competitive position in the fintech industry.
  • Team leadership & management – Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals across multiple regions and markets.
  • Brand management – Own and manage the DSGPay brand, ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand recognition among customers and industry stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years+ of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fintech, financial services, payments, or other regulated industries, with a strong record of driving growth and customer acquisition at a regional or global level.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing, with experience operating under regulatory and compliance constraints.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience, including managing and developing high-performing digital and retail marketing teams across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent strategy, including identifying, hiring, developing, and retaining key marketing professionals to build a best-in-class marketing function.
  • Strong analytical and risk-aware mindset, with the ability to use data, insights, and compliance considerations to guide marketing decisions and optimise performance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with experience collaborating with compliance, legal, product, and regional teams.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
