Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Lead the identification and onboarding of e-commerce sellers and SME clients in Thailand, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Market Expansion: Support global clients in entering the Thai market by leveraging our payment solutions and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (IT, Operations, Customer Service, Risk & Compliance) to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Industry Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the payments industry, local regulations, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing business development team to meet and exceed sales targets.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hunter Mentality: You thrive in a sales-driven environment, with a proven ability to identify, pursue, and close opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in business development or sales in the payments industry (or related sectors), with a demonstrated track record in the SME and retail markets in Thailand.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team to meet ambitious sales goals, with a focus on developing talent and driving high performance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Thai and English.
  • Eligibility: This position is open to Thai nationals only.
